Refund, Returns & Withdrawal Policy

We want you to feel good about your order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

30 Day Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How Returns Work

Please request a return before sending anything back. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for where and how to send your item back.

Depending on the reason for the return and the product involved, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us review the issue quickly, include your order number, the email used at checkout, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when possible.

Non Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products without original packaging
  • Digital products after access or download has been provided, unless required by applicable law

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been reviewed. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, shipped, or delivered, we may not be able to cancel it. If cancellation is no longer possible, you may be able to request a return if the item is eligible.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your eligible order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable rules and exceptions.

As with other returns, your item should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
